Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site. This page is an honest account of where we are.
Last updated: 16 September 2026
Our commitment
RED STAR, INC. aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We design for keyboard use, screen readers, magnification and reduced motion as a matter of course rather than as an afterthought.
What is already in place
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- Semantic headings, landmarks and a single main region per page.
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element.
- Form labels tied to their inputs, with errors announced to screen readers.
- Touch targets sized for comfortable use on a phone.
- Colour combinations chosen for contrast, with meaning never carried by colour alone.
- Respect for the reduced-motion setting on your device.
What we are still working on
- Independent audit against WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
- Keyboard and screen-reader testing of the interactive diagrams in the private platform.
- Captions and transcripts for any video we publish in future.
This site has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility specialist. We have not claimed conformance, and we will not until that audit is done.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, please tell us through the contact page and describe what happened, which page you were on, and what you were using. We treat accessibility reports as priority issues and will respond.
Alternatives
If a form on this site does not work for you, you can send the same information by any means that suits you better, and we will process it the same way.
Accessibility is treated as ongoing work at RED STAR, not a one-time certification. This statement is updated as the site changes.
