The content on this website describes what RED STAR, INC. does. It is general information. It is not advice for your specific situation, and it is not an offer, proposal, quotation or contract. Nothing here creates a professional relationship between us. That begins only with a written agreement signed by both parties.
No guarantee of results
Business outcomes depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee revenue, savings, funding, contract awards, valuations or any other result.
No claims of certification or past performance
Unless a specific certification, registration, clearance, licence, contract vehicle or past-performance record is explicitly stated and verified in writing, none is claimed. Descriptions of industries and capabilities on this site describe the work we do, not completed engagements or references.
Regulated and professional services
Legal, tax, accounting, licensed engineering, and other regulated professional services are performed or reviewed by appropriately qualified professionals. Where a matter requires one, we say so and coordinate with them. We do not substitute for them.
Your submissions
When you submit a form, you confirm the information is yours to share and is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are not sending confidential material belonging to someone else. Do not upload anything you are not permitted to disclose.
Accounts on the private platform
If you hold an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity under your account. Access is scoped to the organizations you belong to and the role you have been granted. Attempting to access data outside that scope is prohibited.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Intellectual property
The RED STAR name, star mark, website content and platform are the property of RED STAR, INC. You keep ownership of the information you submit.
Governing law
RED STAR, INC. is a Hawaiʻi corporation. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaiʻi.
If any part of these terms conflicts with a signed agreement between us, the signed agreement governs.
