Where you submit a government opportunity, we also collect the details you enter about that opportunity.

If you create an account for the private RED STAR platform, we store your email address, your name, the organizations you belong to, and the information you or your colleagues enter into that workspace.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, to prepare for a conversation with you, and to provide the services you ask us for. We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for advertising.

Artificial intelligence

When you use the AI Consultation form, your answers are sent to an AI language model that drafts an internal summary for our team. That summary is a draft, not advice, and a person at RED STAR reviews it before we act on it or reply to you. Your answers are not used to train third-party models.

Where it is stored and who can see it

Submissions are stored in a managed database hosted in the United States, encrypted in transit. Submissions are not readable from the public website. Only authorized RED STAR personnel can view them.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond to them and to maintain a record of our business correspondence. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us using the contact page and we will respond.

Cookies and analytics

This website uses only the storage necessary to operate — for example, keeping you signed in to the private platform. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated before we do.

Children

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children.
