AI Use and Disclosure
We use artificial intelligence deliberately and narrowly. This page says exactly where, and what the limits are.

Where AI is used
On the AI Consultation page, your answers are sent to a large language model which drafts an internal summary for our team: what you asked for, what we know, what we do not know yet, a likely approach, and questions for a first conversation.
Inside the private RED STAR platform, AI assistance operates only on the data the signed-in user is already permitted to see, and every output is labelled as fact, assumption, forecast or recommendation.
Human review
Every AI output is a draft. A person at RED STAR reviews it before it informs advice, a proposal or a decision. An unreviewed AI output is never treated as a company record or as a finished recommendation.
What our AI is never permitted to do
- Present an AI draft as a finished RED STAR recommendation.
- Invent financial history, revenue, expenses, profit or valuation figures.
- Claim a certification, registration, clearance, licence, contract or past-performance record.
- Give definitive legal, tax, accounting or licensed engineering advice.
- Promise a result, a price, a timeline, a funding approval or a contract award.
- Use one client's information to answer another client's question.
Accuracy
Language models can be confidently wrong. Where an output infers rather than reports, it is marked as an assumption. Where it relies on information we do not have, it says so instead of filling the gap.
Your data
Information you submit is sent to the model only to produce your own summary. It is not used to train third-party models, and it is never combined with another client's information.
Opting out
If you would rather no AI model saw your enquiry, use the contact page instead of the AI Consultation page, and tell us. We will handle it manually.
AI-generated outputs on this website are preliminary and advisory. They are not legal, tax, accounting, engineering or financial advice, and they are not a proposal, contract or guarantee of results.
